888poker Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of all services provided by 888poker through the website https://888poker.express, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, crash games, slots, poker, and the VIP loyalty program.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or making any financial transaction on 888poker, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gaming. Acceptance is required to use the services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and contact support to address any existing account balance. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration Important

Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts created using third-party information, or accounts with false details will be permanently closed and any available balance may be withheld in accordance with applicable fraud prevention and anti-money laundering laws.

3. Account Use

Your 888poker account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, allow others to use your account, or access another user's account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately via live chat. 888poker is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use when the player failed to report the incident in a timely manner or when the loss resulted from negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

888poker may suspend or close accounts in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Providing false information during registration;
• Use of multiple accounts by the same user;
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that undermines the integrity of the games;
• Breach of specific betting or promotional rules.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no activity may be closed by 888poker with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice by email. Any available balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 888poker are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). The available deposit and withdrawal methods are:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays;
• Boleto bancário issued by major Brazilian banks (Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil);
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards issued in Brazil;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED bank transfer via major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa).

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. 888poker does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, any banking fees applied by the user's bank or digital wallet are the user's sole responsibility.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days. To unlock withdrawals, the account must have completed identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid photo ID and selfie. Withdrawals requested before KYC is complete will remain under review until verification is finalized.

Deposits from third-party cards or accounts are not accepted. Any deposit identified as coming from a source other than the account holder will be refunded and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions Important

888poker offers a variety of promotions for new and existing players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, boosted odds, and the VIP program. Each promotion has its own specific conditions, which should be read before participating.

The general rules that apply to all 888poker promotions are:

• Each promotion is valid for one account per CPF, IP address, and device;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically;
• For Sports Betting wagers to count toward rollover, minimum odds of 1.50 per selection apply;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate until the rollover requirement is fully met;
• Hedging bets placed to clear rollover requirements will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure;
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus and any ongoing rollover;
• 888poker reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice to participating players whenever possible.

The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00 is available exclusively to new players on their first deposit. The rollover requirement is 1x the bonus amount. The bonus is credited automatically after a minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 — no promo code required.

The VIP program's weekly cashback carries no rollover requirement and is credited as real-money balance every Sunday. The percentage ranges from 5% to 25% depending on the player's VIP level.

6. Sports Betting & Games

888poker offers live and pre-match Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games and poker. The minimum bet is R$ 2.00. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and the player's VIP level.

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting:

• Bets are considered final once confirmed on screen — a confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, except in documented cases of technical error;
• If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all corresponding bets will be refunded;
• In the event of a match abandonment or permanent suspension, the specific rules of the sport determine the outcome — bets on the final result of incomplete matches are generally voided;
• Obvious odds errors caused by technical failures may be voided by 888poker, with a full refund issued to the player;
• 888poker reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

For casino games and crash games, outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNG) certified by independent international laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the individual description of each title on the platform.

For poker, 888poker operates exclusively as the table operator, collecting rake according to the rules displayed at each table. Collusion between players at poker tables is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

7. User Conduct

By using 888poker's services, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Creating or using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior on the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in poker or Live Casino games;
• Placing coordinated hedge bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome;
• Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users or members of the support team;
• Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions;
• Attempting to access internal systems, databases, or other users' accounts without authorization.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, reporting to the relevant authorities, and further legal action. 888poker actively cooperates with Brazilian authorities in investigations involving illicit activity on the platform.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

888poker collects and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including: identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing in BRL, account communications, and compliance with legal obligations.

No user personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. 888poker may share data with Brazilian regulatory or judicial authorities when required by law or court order.

9. Account Closure

Prior to closure, any available balance must be withdrawn — unfulfilled bonus balances are automatically cancelled. Accounts with ongoing withdrawal verification processes are closed once all pending transactions have been completed.

888poker may close accounts unilaterally in the situations described in Section 3 of these terms. In cases of closure due to rule violations, balances resulting from fraudulent activity may be forfeited. 10. Limitation of Liability

888poker provides its services "as available", without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. 888poker is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
